PRIVACY POLICY

NEUROPILOT (“Neuropilot”, “we,” “our,” “us” and/or the “Company”) values the privacy of individuals who use our website, virtual reality software, applications, and related services (collectively, our “Services”). This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) explains how we collect, use, and share information from users of our Services (“Users”). By using our Services, you agree to the collection, use, disclosure, and procedures this Privacy Policy describes. 1. DEFINITIONS

For purposes of this policy, we introduce the definitions of how we characterize User’s information:

Personally identifiable information is information that can identify a user of the Services, including his or her email, name and address.

Anonymous Information is information that does not enable identification of an individual user.

De-identified information is information from which personally identifiable components have been removed.

Aggregated or de-identified information is information that is no longer reasonably associated with an identified or identifiable natural person.

2. COLLECTED INFORMATION

a) Information that you provide to us:

Information preceding registration. Before accessing our mobile application, you are asked to provide your first name, last name, email address, and fill out a survey to determine your anxiety level. The information pieces provided during this time are stored in our database.

Registration. The information that we receive through your google account is your first name, last name, and email address.

After successful registration. The application identifies the filled out survey with the user and loads a tailored virtual reality experience.

During & After Session. After the session is over the user is asked to fill out a survey, contents of which are stored in our database and identified with the account that experienced a virtual reality session. Few days after the session, the user has to fill out a survey that will once again be stored in our database.

Communications. If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you. For example, when you contact customer support, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.

b) Information we collect when you use our services:

Usage Information. To help us understand how you use our Services and to help us improve them, we automatically receive information about your interactions with our Services, like the account you use, the virtual reality experiences generated for you, your actions during those experiences, and the dates and times of use.

Third Parties. We may use a variety of third-party service providers, such as analytics companies, to understand usage of our Services. We may allow those providers to place and read their own cookies, electronic images known as web beacons or single-pixel gifs and similar technologies, to help us measure how users interact with our services. This technical information is collected directly and automatically by these third parties.

4. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We may access, preserve, and disclose your information if we believe doing so is required or appropriate to (a) comply with law enforcement requests and legal process, such as a court order; (b) respond to your requests; or (c) protect your, our or others’ rights, property, or safety.

We share your data, including the contents of the survey(s) to a certified psychologist in order to (a)  determine anxiety levels; (b) provide valuable feedback for the user’s performance; (c) draw relevant insights; and (d) provide suggestions for the application improvement. In certain circumstances, we may share your information with third-party service provider Google, to facilitate the storage, transfer, or processing of your data. These third-party intermediaries are contractually obligated to maintain the confidentiality and security of your information and are only permitted to use your information for the purposes of providing the requested services to us. 5. STORAGE AND PROCESSING OF YOUR INFORMATION

We strive to maintain security policies and procedures that are designed to protect your information.

Our servers are located in a secured, locked, and monitored environment to prevent unauthorized entry or theft, and are protected by a firewall.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your personal data. This includes, but is not limited to, data encryption, access controls, and regular data backups.

6. DATA DESTRUCTION

All user data will be deleted at the end of the contract if requested by the user.

7. CERTIFIED PSYCHOLOGIST

Certified psychologists with access to user data  are required to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements and must return, dispose, de-identify or aggregate all data related to the users at the end of their contracts.

8. RIGHT TO KNOW AND DELETE

You have the right to know certain details about our data practices. In particular, you may request the following from us:

We will confirm receipt of your request within 10 days. We may require specific information from you to help us verify your identity and process your request. If we are unable to verify your identity, we may deny your requests to know or delete.

9. CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS

We will post any adjustments to the Privacy Policy on this page, and the revised version will be effective when it is posted. If we materially change the ways in which we use or share personal information previously collected from you through our Services, we will notify you through our Services, by email, or other communication.
